Trail description
The first time that cyclists tackled this climb was for the 2022 Under 23 Giro d'Italia, with arrival in Santa Caterina Valfurva.
A demanding mountain climb that leads to the Mortirolo Pass via a new and alternative road.
The departure is from Sernio, a small town a few kilometers from Tirano and after a series of hairpin bends and challenging slopes, it takes cyclists on the road from Trivigno to the Mortirolo Pass.
The track is very demanding in the first section, while arriving at the Guspessa pass, the road levels out and the arrival at the Mortirolo pass is quiet and simple.
